

A Family Based Green Card enables foreign family members of U.S. citizens/permanent residents to become a Green Card holders in the USA. You may be eligible for EB-1A green card if your extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, business, education, or athletics can be demonstrated by sustained national or international acclaim, and your achievements has been recognized in his field through extensive documentation.
In alternative, you may not need an employer’s sponsor for EB-2 green card by showing that it would be in the best interest of the United States.
The Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV Program) makes up to 50,000 immigrant visas available annually, drawn from random selection among all entries to individuals who are from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. To apply for the Diversity Visa Lottery, you must have completed a full-time high school education that is at least equivalent to a U.S. high school education (4 years, full-time, general studies). Generally, you must reach the age of 18 to fulfill all the educational requirements.
