国土安全部決定废除学生签证新规定

法官在今天开庭后表示，联邦政府同意废除7月6号的新规定及7月7号的FAQ，且不会实施新的规定。联邦政府将会继续沿用今年3月颁布的规定。Case Closed!
　　　
"The Government has agreed to rescind the July 6, 2020 Policy Directive and the July 7, 2020 FAQ, and has also agred to rescind their implementation. The Government will return to the March 9, 2020 and March 13, 2020 policy."
